Boop is designed so your wallet stays in your control. We never ask for your recovery phrase or private key, and we cannot approve a payment for you.

Review every payment

Boop prepares a transaction and sends it to your wallet for approval. Check the recipient, amount, asset, and network before signing. If anything looks wrong, reject it.

Protect your wallet

Keep your recovery phrase offline and never share it with Boop, support staff, friends, or anyone contacting you online. Use a wallet lock and device security where available.

Check links and requests

Use boop.cash directly and check payment links before opening your wallet. Boop support will never ask you to move funds to protect an account or to reveal secret wallet information.

Report a concern

If you notice an unexpected request or believe a Boop service has been misused, stop signing transactions and contact security@sumiro.com with the public transaction details.
