Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Boop's website, wallet interface, APIs, MCP server, smart contracts, jackpot game, and related services. By connecting a wallet, submitting a transaction, or otherwise using Boop, you agree to these Terms.

Operator

Boop is operated by Sumiro Foundation, a Cayman Islands entity. References to “Boop,” “Sumiro,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Sumiro Foundation and its service providers where applicable.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and at least the legal gambling age where you are located. You may not use Boop where it is unlawful, restricted, or requires authorization the operator does not hold. Availability of the website does not mean play is legally offered in your location.

Wallet and transactions

You control and secure your wallet. We never request your private key. Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. Review every wallet request before signing. Network fees, outages, congestion, wallets, price movement, and third-party swap routing can affect a play.

Game operation

The available wager tiers are $2.50, $5, $10, $20, $40, and $100. SOL payments use a current SOL/USD quote. USDC payments are atomically converted to SOL before entering the same global SOL pool. Exactly one percent of the resulting play amount is paid to the disclosed protocol wallet and 99 percent enters the pool. Winnings are paid in SOL with no protocol win fee.

Odds and limits

MagicBlock VRF provides verified randomness and automatically calls the program to settle each play. The uncapped prize tiers are 0.1 percent at 50×, 0.9 percent at 10×, 4 percent at 3×, 20 percent at 1.5×, 48 percent at 0.5×, and 27 percent at zero. Actual payouts are also capped at 9 percent of available pool value and 50× the wager and cannot consume the configured reserve or funds reserved for pending plays.

No investment product

A Boop is a chance-based wager, not an investment, deposit, security, yield product, or promise of profit. SOL prices can change substantially. Nothing in the service is investment, tax, or legal advice.

Prohibited conduct

You may not evade location, age, sanctions, wallet, or rate controls; exploit contracts or interfaces; manipulate randomness; use stolen funds; automate abusive volume; interfere with the service; or use Boop unlawfully.

Settlement and failed plays

A play is complete when the Boop program records settlement on Solana. The verified on-chain record controls if the website, database, wallet, or another interface displays different information. A pending play may remain delayed during network or randomness-provider disruption. Where the program permits expiry or cancellation, the applicable on-chain instruction and program rules determine the result. Interfaces or program functions may be paused to protect users, the pool, or the protocol.

BOOP allocation

Each settled paid wager currently earns exactly 15 off-chain BOOP allocation points regardless of wager size. Promotional, bonus, and free daily Boops do not earn additional allocation points. Allocation points are not presently transferable tokens, money, property, or a promise of value. Any future token generation event, claim process, eligibility requirement, conversion, vesting, or distribution will be governed by separately published token terms.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boop is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free software, a particular result, or the continued availability or value of SOL, USDC, BOOP allocations, wallets, swaps, RPC providers, Solana, or third-party services. Sumiro Foundation is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, asset-price changes, or failures of wallets, networks, markets, or services outside its reasonable control. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain in force.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Sumiro Foundation and its contributors, officers, contractors, and service providers against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of Boop, breach of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or misuse of a wallet or the service.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any nonwaivable rights you have under applicable law, the courts of the Cayman Islands have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or Boop.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version and effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Questions and legal notices may be sent to legal@sumiro.com.
